The Cheshire East Social Action Partnership aims to develop a strong local social impact culture through effective social action, underpinned by a thriving Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) Sector.
The VCFSE sector in Cheshire East is close to communities; understands local needs; provides local services, resources and facilities; and has a vital role to play in reducing pressure on demand for statutory services such as social care and health services.
The new Social Action Partnership provides a new way of working in Cheshire East and will deliver against 4 key outcomes.
My Bright Idea
My Bright Idea Grants Up to of £250 for local residents of Cheshire East who wish to share their skills, interest and passions through volunteering to promote or deliver projects or events that will improve the health and wellbeing of their community.
Our Community Bright Idea Grants Up to £10,000 to support the continuation and development of VCFSE sector organisations and local projects that are created with the local community.
The next deadline for Grant Applications is 26th June 2020.

The Cheshire East Social Action Partnership is working collaboratively with partners to channel community-based support to meet local need.
